Easy Order app for iPhone and iPad

Palmer and Harvey is the UKs largest full range delivered wholesaler in the convenience, forecourt and CTN retail market. We deliver to every UK postcode 6 days a week: deliveries are free, fast and reliable, combining chilled, frozen and ambient products.

Our Easy Order app is for use by our business customers who are registered for online ordering. With our Easy Order app you can build your entire order very easily and then place your order direct from the app. Or you can simply use the app to check or compare our prices while youre out and about.

Your mobile device needs to be connected to the internet to sync all the product, price and stock information, and to send orders. But you can use it while youre offline because our entire product range will be stored on your iPhone, so you can keep building an order if you lose signal. Product images will start to appear once your internet connection returns.

With the Easy Order app from Palmer and Harvey youll be able to:

- Browse through the complete range of thousands of products available to your Palmer and Harvey account: every product thats available on our full website is included on the app
- Search for items by typing part of the product name or the product code for the item
- Find items immediately using the built-in barcode scanner: use the scanner in your store, in other stores or anywhere you need to find the price of an item, check availability or want to add it to your order
- Easily add items to your basket and change the number of outers of any items already there
- Check out whenever you are ready
- Use the app for your full order, top-up orders or to place orders for a small number of items: well combine orders into one delivery where we can
- Do price comparisons from the app: ensure its syncd with up-to-date information and then scan barcodes wherever you are to check prices even if you have no internet connection

Prices shown on the app are estimates: your invoice will show the correct value you will be charged. Promotion availability is dependent on the date of delivery and you may not receive promotional prices or promotional items if your delivery falls outside the promotional dates. We will endeavour to entirely fulfill your order, but you may find some lines substituted or omitted due to circumstances beyond our control. Please contact your account manager to arrange restrictions on price marked products or general substitutions.
